Environment

All of our servers are located in a secure, climate-controlled center with proactive monitoring and round-the-clock support to ensure maximum uptime and performance. IdeaStar's support staff, comprised of engineers and technicians, is easily accessible and notified immediately if there is a change in status of any of our servers.

Bandwidth

Our primary servers reside on a network which has been engineered from the ground up to accommodate the demands of our customers' critical Web applications. We utilize 5 tier 1 bandwidth providers with BGP4 routing, which means that your data will always be delivered. The bandwidth providers are:
