IdeaStar built a Web-based paperless quote-through-issue system combined with online agent management for America's Health Care/Rx Plan Agency, Inc. (AHCP). The original site has since been retired, but not before producing over seven figures in premium revenue. Not bad for an under $100,000 investment.
